How to Rent

 

If you are from outside of Utah please contact us for availability and shipping information.� We will ship these transmitters to you anywhere in the USA.

 

If you live on the Wasatch Front in Utah please follow these steps below:

 

1) Contact us� at 801-754-1621 Ext 6 to ensure availability.
2) Come into our office in Santaquin the day before you intend to use the belts. At that time, you will fill out a rental form specifying information such as where you are going, contact names and other pertinent information. A rental fee of $5/day or $15/week per belt is charged at check-out. A deposit fee will be collected and held until you bring the equipment back at the end of your trip.
3) WEAR THE BELTS AT ALL TIMES
4) Upon your return, bring the belts back to us for check-in. At that point, the belts will be checked to make sure that they are in proper working condition. Then your deposit will be returned to you minus any fees charged for damage or loss.
